Time Capsule #4 - Team Up Time Capsule (Released on April 5, 2017)

The Team Up Time Capsule launched with the Starro the Conqueror Major Event. It wasn't a tie-in to the content besides the Magic Supply Crystal from this Capsule able to break the Starro mind control. These Capsules offer styles, gear, a rare Supply Drop Trinket and more.

*On July 5th, 2018 Time Capsules were restructured removing the Provision and Tactical Sub Capsules. The information in the Sub Capsule section below Is only used for Reference now. The Provision Sub Capsule has now been added to the General List of items obtained from just opening the Time Capsule.

Every time you open a Capsule you'll get the following:
- $5,000 in-game Cash
- This capsule has a chance to drop 2 of the following items:

  • 1x Fabricated Mote

  • 8x Exobytes

  • 1x Cache of 3 Stabilizer Fragment

  • 2x Proto Mainframe Bot

  • 3x Complex Materials

The Sub Capsule will be one of the following: The High Density Tactical Gear Capsule, The Team Up Emblem Capsule and the Collections Capsule.

Special Bonus Drop - Magic Supply Crystal (Supply Drop)

The Rare drop in this Time Capsule from just opening it is the Magic Supply Crystal which is a new skin for the Supply Drops. You still require access to the Base Mainframe system to unlock Supply Drop to use this.

The Sub Capsules

Team Up Tactical Mod Capsule (No Longer in TC)

These new White mods that can be placed in their corresponding sockets. There are 3 variations:

Hearty Chest (Head Mod)

  • Increases your Health by 5%

Restorative (Leg Mod)

  • Heals you for a small amount when you use a Specific Ability. This effect can only occur once every 12 seconds.

  • Each Power has 3 Abilities that have a Restorative Mod tied to it.

 

Provisions Capsule (Items moved to General List)

This capsule has a chance to drop 2 of the following items:

  • 1x Fabricated Mote

  • 8x Exobytes

  • 1x Cache of 3 Stabilizer Fragment

  • 2x Proto Mainframe Bot

  • 3x Complex Materials

  • 5x Soder Cola Ultimate

These Caches also come with a R&D Plan to create an Enhanced version that glows. 

The DCUO Team-Up Time Capsule saw the launch of the highly requested and much anticipated Flash emblem as well as 7 other emblems for 7 other iconic DC Comics characters. Available to collect from the Team-Up Time Capsules are 8 unique emblems tied to 8 different DC Comics characters.

 

Gear Capsule - High Density Tactical

  • This capsule contains 8 different pieces of gear:

    • High Density Tactical Shirt Box (Chest)

    • High Density Tactical Pants Box (Legs)

    • High Density Tactical Hood Box (Head)

    • High Density Tactical Pauldrons Box (Shoulders)

    • High Density Tactical Quiver Box (Back)

    • High Density Tactical Boots Box (Feet)

    • High Density Tactical Belt Box (Waist)

    • High Density Tactical Gloves Box (Gloves)

  • The item level of the gear inside depends upon your CR Maxing out originally at Item Level 164, now Item Level 212.

  • You can trade the capsule itself before opening

  • Upon opening the capsule, you are given another capsule, this time making it clear which piece of the set you have in your possession. At this point you can still trade the piece.

  • Once you open this capsule, you are given the option of a DPS version or your Power's Support Role. At this point you can NOT trade the gear anymore.

The Lazuli Misted Aura is the reward for completing DCUO Collection "Compassion is for Everyone". The collection is available exclusively in the Team-Up Time Capsules, first released in April 2017. The Lazuli Misted Aura is an aura dedicated to the Indigo Tribe.

In total, there are 36 collection pieces to collect. However, only 33 of the 36 are able to drop simply by opening the Time Capsule itself. 

All of these collection pieces are tradable, meaning you can sell/buy them on the Broker. The auras themselves are also tradable, too, so you can sell/donate/give away the auras if they aren't to your liking.
