Double Artifact XP Weekend Guide!

Hey everyone!

We get these special weekend events every once in a while, almost feels like once a month. This guide is for the Double Artifact Weekend. This was made on July 9th, 2018 for its special weekend but hopefully will serve as a planning stage for the future if nothing else changes too drastically. If it does, this guide will be updated.

Now of course this could be redundant information and even in the category of "no duh" but its best to at least have it on paper so folks may need it and plan better.

Double XP

Below you will find the different Artifact XP Items along with their original XP Amount and then their Doubled Amount. This weekend isn't about double the Nth Metal that drops. Once you put an XP Item in the fortify menu to Rank Up an Artifact, this is where you'll see the Doubled amount.

In the picture above you see the Dazzling Sunstone has a Normal Base of 1000 XP but during the weekend when placed in the Fortify XP item slot, its gets a +100% bonus meaning it will now give 2000 XP. 

Sunstone Shuffle

The Sunstones from the Kryptonian Time Capsule have an extra bonus. The original text reads "Grants 10% increased Experience for everyone additional Sunstone, up to a maximum of 40% when used to fortify Artifacts from the Kryptonian set." These Artifacts include Rao's Amulet, Solar Amplifier and the Bottled City Soder. These are also part of the Double weekend making that 10% base increase now 20% and the 40% now 80%. The picture below shows the increase with 2 Sunstones.

With 2 Sunstones you'll now get a +120% increase to the experience. If you have Sunstones in all 5 slots you'll have +180% added to your XP on EACH Sunstone. If the 5 slots were full, the Dazzling Sunstone in Slot 1 would give a total of 2800 XP to a Kryptonian Artifact.

Sin Stone Surprise

The Sin Stones from the Assassin Time Capsule also give an extra bonus when used in Assassin Artifacts. instead of stacking like the Sunstones, they each give a base 10% increase in experience when used on Assassin Artifacts. Those artifacts include the Lazarus Pit Water, Venom Wrist Dispenser, and the Demon's Fang. During the Double Artifacts Weekend, that 10% becomes 20%.

As the image above shows the Ebony Sin Stone gives a base 800 XP. With the Double Weekend is gives 1600 XP and then an extra 20% because its in an Assassin Artifact which now totals 1760 XP.
