Double Dark Metal Coins & New Rewards!

Metal Part I gets it’s first double bonus weekend early with Metal Part II looming around the corner this December! It’s also why this double weekend has new rewards! All Dark Metal Coins currency rewards are doubled through Sunday. Dark Metal Coins are the currency found in Episode 35: Metal Part I. These are primarily used for obtaining new gear and rewards from the Metal Part I vendor.

This weekend – from Thursday, October 10, 2019, through Sunday, October 13, 2019 – all players will receive DOUBLE Dark Metal Coins when completing instanced and mission content in Metal Part I (event, regular, and elite versions).

PLEASE NOTE: The bonus weekend will begin this Thursday with daily server restarts, and will last through Sunday to daily server restarts on Monday morning.
DCUO SOURCE WALL PRO-TIP: If you can, be sure to do all daily missions and the solo and alert right after Monday morning’s daily server resets and before the daily server restarts!

NEW METAL PART I REWARDS!
Six all-new items have been added to the episode vendor for Metal Part I (Episode 35):

  • Liquid Metal Material: 200x Dark Coin

  • Forge Material: 200x Dark Coin

  • Battle Lust Aura: 150x Dark Coin

  • T-Spheres Accessory: 150x Dark Coin

  • Metals Supply Drop: 50x Dark Coin

  • Malfunctioning T-Sphere Totem (base pet): 50x Dark Coin

These vendor rewards are permanent additions to the game, and also bring 3 new 1 Star 10 point feats, for obtaining an Aura, Material, and Accessory from Metal Part I.

Metal Supply Drop

On the 10th of October 2019, a new batch of rewards were added to the DCUO Episode 35: Metal Part 1 Rewards Vendor to coincide with a double Dark Metal Coins weekend. The new rewards added were the Liquid Metal Material, Forge Metal Material, Battle Lust Aura, Metals Supply Drop Skin, T-Sphere Accessory, and Malfunctioning T-Sphere Totem Base Pet.

Metal Part I Redeem Code!

To attain this new Redeem Code, first open up the Marketplace Window, and press the Redeem/Claim button! Then enter the Redeem Code: FACEYOURFEAR (No spaces, capitalization doesn’t seem to matter.) This Redeem Code was found in recent DC Comics issues that were released earlier this week! Hit Submit, you should get the Order Success Window, (which oddly states it as Forge Chroma 3,) then look to the side for your redeemable items, select Forge Metal Chroma 1 Material, and hit the Claim button below and it will be in your inventory ready to equip! It can only be redeemed once per account but account bound so you can send it to your preferred character via Shared Bank.
