Style Unlocking Phase 3 Hints

As mentioned in the Ask Me Anything (About Augments) Recap, Ted "Mepps" Stone has mentioned about the upcoming 3rd Phase for Style Unlocking, providing some clues as to what may be coming in it, potentially being finally able to unlock several dropped styles prior to Episode 26, along with a separate statement posted 12 days later stating it is planned to launch with or before Game Update 86 in August 2018. Will the Promethium Lockbox styles, the next 3 Time Capsules & Booster Bundles also included?
