Resurgence Mega Capsules (RMCs) have only a short window of being in the game, requiring 7 Stabilizers to open 1, it's best to have a plan of action to help understand how long it would take a player to get the Stabilizer keys to open them. The breakdown is for all 3 Membership Levels and does not include pre-existing Stabilizers or Fragments you may already have or bonus Fragment drops within the Time Capsules themselves. This provides a daily count of how many Stabilizers & Fragments can be earned from the Stabilizer Fragmentation Event before the RMCs that drop on the last day expire.
