Flash Appreciation Week: Through the Ages
/The people of Central City have declared February 11 to be Flash Appreciation Day in honor of The Flash, the Scarlet Speedster himself, and his tireless efforts to make the city a better, safer place.

Flash Appreciation Week
2019
The third Flash Appreciation Week brought something quite unique this time to celebrate our speedy hero! Everyone was gifted 2 Flash Logo T-Shirts, one in Blue and one in Red. Members were gifted Enhanced versions of each Flash Logo T-Shirts, making for 4 in total! Style Unlocking was also enabled for them at 16 Replay Badges per T-Shirt for alternate characters.
Then the second ever Flash Sale took place, giving up to 50% off on Flash-related items, ranging from Speedster's Cowl, Enhanced Speed-Force Spectrum Suit, Movement Respec Tokens, Auras, Movement FX styles, and more! For full details see Flash Appreciation Week Sale Guide 2019!
2018
The second Flash Appreciation Week came back with even more! Everyone was gifted the Enhanced Speed-Force Spectrum Suit, being an upgraded and re-imagined version of the original.
Then the first Flash Sale was held, providing up to 65% discounts on Flash-related items such as Speedster's Cowl, Flash Base Item Pack, Exobyte Data: Flash (for Legends), Respec Tokens, Recovery Kits, and Character Name Change Devices! Finally, there was also a DOUBLE Artifact Experience bonus!
The Red Death’s emblems became available during the Anniversary Event of this year, while Red Death’s gear soon followed in the same month in the Paradox Time Capsule! Red Death is a character from Dark Nights: Metal, who comes from the Dark Multiverse, where Batman and The Flash fight at the end of days in their dystopian Earth, where in the end, Batman wanting to undo all that was done with the Speed Force, utilizes the Rogues’ weapons to incapacitate the Flash, then chained him onto the Batmobile to access the Speed Force, merging the two, and the Batmobile, into 1 armored character. With Batman in control of their body and the speed force joins the other warped versions of Batman from the Dark Multiverse that call themselves the Dark Knights in an attack against the Justice League in the comics. Extremely great look, but quite a dark story, which makes us appreciate our Flash that much more!
2017
The first official celebration of the Flash started with a simple Flash Weekend, yet expanded in record time to become the first Flash Appreciation Week since the weekend had already gone by in a flash. Everyone was gifted a Flash Base Item Pack in celebration. Members were gifted the ability to claim the new Flash’s Speedster Cowl for free during February 10 - 20, 2017. There was also a Flash Selfie Sweepstakes to win 1000 DC/MC!
Later on in the year, The Flash emblems and Black Flash’s cowl became available in the Team-Up Time Capsule, while Jay Garrick’s emblems also became available later on in the Time Torn Time Capsule!

2015
DCUO Celebrated 75 years of The Flash with a video filled with Flash facts voiced by the speedster himself, giving us information about Barry Allen, and his impact in the DC Universe, especially ours! Also later in the year, Exobyte Data: Flash finally came to Legends PvP!
2014
One of the first showings, of Flash Appreciation came from a DCUO Youtuber known as Frank Zarjaz, who, inspired by the Arrowverse shows and crossovers of Arrow & The Flash, came up with this great parody video within the realm of DCUO, which also won the SOE Live 2014 Player Direct Awards for best DCUO video!
