OVERVIEW

The Tides of War Summer Event brings the Atlantean War between Aquaman and Ocean Master to the shores of Metropolis. Heroes join Aquaman and Villains join Ocean Master to help tip the war in each other's favor.

Missons

The Missions unlock for players at Level 10 and you have to go through 2 story Missions to get to the Daily.

Tides of War (Level 10)

Intro Message from Oracle: So, a storm is brewing on the coast of Metropolis. Aquamans's half-brother, ocean Master is attempting to seize the throne of Atlantis. Now, Aquaman is the proud type, so he didn't ask for help, but I have a feeling he could use all hands on deck. His forces have attack the Atlantean Outpost in the waters near the shore... I'm adding the location to your communicator. Queue up when you're ready!

By the Shores of Little Bohemia (Level 10)

Intro Message from Oracle: I hated to throw you in the deep end like that, but I had a feeling Aquaman could use the backup. It's a good thing for both Atlantis and Metropolis that you took back control of the outpost. Unfortunately, Ocean Master isn't giving up. He's directing a maritime attack in the strait just north of Little Bohemia. Head to the area and meet with Aquaman to see if you can help turn the tide.
Meet with Aquaman on the ship north of Little Bohemia, where he directs the defense against Ocean Master's attack.
Use the Summer Seasonal: Aquaman Warp button in the Warp Menu of the Map to get there fast.

Sure, he may not sit at the big table in the Hall of Doom, but he's got a solid plan to take out the local outpost of his half-brother, Aquaman. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor. Ocean floor? Whatever. I'm adding the location to your communicator. Queue up when you're ready for a fish fry.

By the Shores of Little Bohemia (Level 10)

Intro Message from Calculator: That out to leave Aquaman high and dry, eh? Anyway... come hell or high water, our buddy, Ocean master is determined to take the throne of Atlantis. He's launching a maritime offensive in Metropolis, near the Atlantean outpost. head out to the Strait just north of Little Bohemia and have a chat. His insurrection forces could probably use a hand, or a flipper, or whatever.
Meet with Ocean Master on the ship north of Little Bohemia, where he leads his rebellion's fleet against the loyalists.
Use the Summer Seasonal: Ocean Master Warp button in the Warp Menu of the Map to get there fast.

Disable Atlantean Frigates by destroying their Generators (0/10)
Defeat the Atlantean Boarders that have boarded the Mutineer Frigates (0/15)

Instance

Atlantean Outpost (Daily Reset)

Hero Version

The instance can be burned down without doing the mechanics with the right group of players but it can and will get frustrating so following the mechanics below will and can be a life saver.

There are 4 Turrets in the room, if the enemy NPCs are not burned down they touch them, the Turrets will become hostile and start damaging the group. You'll then need to burn down the Turrets to reset them.
The 4 Turrets can become friendly if you interact with it first. The Turrets will then do more damage to Ocean Master. Be careful though, the enemy NPCs will try to destroy those turrets and then they will be offline for a few seconds.
There are 3 consoles in the room that only become active during the Defense Phase. He'll summon water constructs to protect him and makes him Untargetable. These consoles must be touched in order for Ocean Master to be targetable again.
Ocean Master can easily be blocked and interrupted. You can burn him down but its key to handled Adds, Turrets and Defense consoles.
